French Toast Bagel Bake
This is my go to recipe on Christmas morning or when we have company over for the morning. I like to make it the night before so the bagels are extra soft, but it can easily be made in the morning and sit for only 10 minutes. Cook covered to keep it soft, or uncovered for crispy bagels. Either way serve the bake in a bowl with powdered sugar!
